The Dress
The dress is brand new, never used with slight modifications to fit.
Alterations
The Neckline of the top was lowered in the front 2 inches and brought in on the sides very slightly. The hem of the dress was taken up for my height with heels which would be about 5'2". The back of the skirt was also brought in to provide some shape but it does not hug the body at all. An American Bustle was added for the slight train.
