The Dress

Absolutely stunning and delicately beaded wedding dress from Corston Couture, which has been professionally customised to create a truly unique gown for your wedding day.

The dress was surprisingly light to wear and extremely comfortable to wear on the day. There is light boning which is very flattering and the skirt flows elegantly to the floor with a small puddle train.

The slip was tailored to fit very tightly across my waist, hips and knees. The skirt of the gown itself has some stretch and the slip is completely separate so if your hip measurements are different or you want a looser fit, you can get a replacement slip (and if your measurements aren't too different to mine you shouldn't need to tailor the skirt of the gown, it will just sit nicely over your tailored slip).

Professionally dry-cleaned. The gown overlay - skirt, bodice and beading - is in immaculate condition. The slip has a small mark which you can barely see up close and definitely can't see when you are wearing the gown because the gown skirt covers it.

Alterations

Removed the sleeves (available and can be re-attached). The sleeves are gorgeous and have the same beading as the bodice (no flowers just the art deco style swirling beaded lines).

Extra beaded flowers added around the outer shoulders.

Extra stitching to ensure the beaded flowers stay secure.

The neckline was adjusted to sit on the shoulders, which is more flattering.

A hidden blue bow is in the boning for your “something blue”.
