The Dress
Purchased in 2005 from David’s Bridal. Size 4. Model CV008. Dress includes two separate organza pieces. The corset top has a zipper in the back and an eyelet closure at the top and bottom of the zipper. The skirt is A-line satin with an organza top layer. The organza is decorated with a pastel floral design with sequins for added subtle sparkle. Colors of the flower detail include pink roses and buds along with small lavender and blue flowers. Among the flowers are light sage green leaves and gold trim at the bottom. There are some small snags along the bottom of the flowers and gold trim due to normal previous wear. They are mainly along the sides and back and are only visible up close to the eye. There is one tie and button to bustle the dress up in the back.
Alterations
Skirt was shortened for a bride who was 5’ 9” tall. The model wearing the dress in the pictures is 5’ 4”.
