The Dress

This was my dream dress! It has beautiful floral lace along the bodice with corset ribbing to maintain shape along the torso and bust. The lace has a soft sparkle from the delicate beading that perfectly complements wedding accessory and helps you shine (even more) throughout the wedding day. The dress flows into a creamy satin skirt that (best part) has pockets! The pockets were incredibly handy during the wedding day, so I'd highly recommend looking for a dress with this feature! I loved the idea of a lace top and a satin skirt and this was the most beautiful and functional option out there. It is an incredibly elegant and fun dress that is sure to make any woman feel like a queen. I truly cherished the opportunity to wear it on the most joyful and loving day of my life and I hope that, if it becomes your dress, you have a similar experience!

Alterations

-Sleeves were created out of the originally designed arm bands,
-The lace in the back was altered so that the zipper is covered (unlike the original model),
-Full French bustle sewn in (a must for a reception if you plan to dance at all!),
-Satin lining placed in the front bodice,
-Brought in around the torso,
-Hemmed,
-Lace edging along the sweetheart neckline-- all performed by a tailor specializing in designer alterations ($1,500 value).
