The Dress

I had been to countless stores to find a wedding dress, and nothing felt right until I tried on Lihi Hod's June dress. The dress is extremely light and comfortable to wear.

Israeli designer Lihi Hod is well-known for her custom-made, dreamy designs with the highest Parisian couture standards. The June dress is part of her debut Dreams Collection, and you can feel and see the quality of the materials and craftsmanship in this dress. There is incredible detail, with the waistband ribbon embroidered with pearls, the dress covered with floral lace, and the rich silk tulle A-Line skirt with tulle godets, lace elements and train.

Alterations

Additions: custom-designed bustle for the train that allows the dress to flow naturally (versus bunch up), built-in bra that blends with the material (part of the bodice is sheer, but blends with skin tone).

This dress has been altered to my height in heels (approximately 5'6") and is ideal for petite frames. The top has been altered to match my street size of US 2, while maintaining the flowy nature on the bottom.
