The Dress

This gown is a size LARGE. Photos are myself in the gown. I purchased this gown from BHLDN on sale for $1,200 when all the bridal salons shut down. I had not tried it on prior to purchase. I just took a chance. That chance didn't work out as I felt the fitted look was not for me. I found my dream gown when bridal salons opened up again!

Daughters of Simone Site: VINTAGE INSPIRED CROCHET LACE WEDDING DRESS, THE “LILAH”. MADE OF 100% IVORY COTTON CROCHET LACE. THE FRONT HAS A HIGH NECKLINE GLIDING JUST PAST THE COLLARBONES. CAP SLEEVES ARE LEFT UNLINED TO CONTRAST WITH A HINT OF SKIN. SILHOUETTE IS FITTED THROUGHOUT THE BODICE AND FLARES JUST ABOVE THE KNEE INTO A CASCADING CROCHET TRAIN. LOW BACK LINED WITH A CROCHET LACE SCALLOPED TRIM. HIDDEN ZIP AND CLASP ARE LOCATED UNDER THE EXPOSED BACK FOR EASE OF DRESSING. LINED WITH A MATTE SATIN LINER.

BHLDN site: Allover cotton crochet lace, this vintage-inspired gown is fitted through the bodice and flares just above the knee for a flattering silhouette that ends in a sweeping train. A high neckline skims the collarbones, while the open back and sheer cap sleeves reveal just a glimpse of skin.
