The Dress

Never worn, beautiful and elegant custom made pure 100% silk dress from Sydney. Due to Covid-19 wedding has had to be cancelled so I'm having to sell. This took months to design and is all hand sewn in the Sydney Soma boutique. I don’t have the storage space so I have reduced the price.

A line shape, full skirt with train (1.5m) and detachable asymmetric bow (with hook and eye on thread so it is not visible) which looks very striking and extends behind the train. The silk is lined and has crinoline added inside in order for the skirt to keep its shape. It is just one layer of silk that flows out to be a full skirt when you walk so no need for net or lots of heavy layers.

Bodice is corseted with boning and padded cups. A zip is sewn into the skirt and then loops and silk buttons are on the bodice itself. Buttons are not attached (but are included) so that it can be fitted correctly to size and therefore do not snag the fabric. The silk is then wrapped around and sewn into the corset to give an off the shoulder finish.

Tulle veil also included which extends beyond the length of the train and bow.

Size wise I am a standard 10 size c cup and the dress was fitted to this size. I am 168cm tall and the length includes a 10cm heel.
