Comfortable, uncomplicated and romantic. The all-silk lining inside was amazing; it felt like I was wearing a nightgown! It has a nice weight and thickness that makes it fall just right and sway around when you're twirling and dancing. I loved that the bodice was so form fitting and that the skirt started falling away from the body at the waist. I could move around, sit and dance comfortably all day and night.
Alterations
Hemmed to shorten length , train removed so it hangs straight down beautifully . Some stitching removed under the cap sleeves to not rub too much under the armpit.
