Tulle with lace overlay. Beautifully well made. Has a train that can be bustled as shown in photo on the dance floor. Very good condition.
Alterations
Was altered to bring the waist in slightly and shorten skirt and remove a few extra layers of tulle to reduce the bulkiness. Padded bra cups were added which can easily be removed.
