The Dress

A truly classic dress for a modern bride.
The dress is a bridal shop sample but is UNWORN and UNALTERED. I have had the dress dry cleaned, as I intended to wear it. (I had to reschedule my wedding)

The lace doesn't feel 'heavy' but you still get the look of a fresh classic. It gives a real hourglass shape, it's a fit and flare shaped gown with a sweetheart neckline and a slightly sheer low back section.

The dress fits like a UK a size 10-12. It's perfect for anyone with a bust/ curves who wants that tiny bit of stomach control- the inside has a good quality boned layer, so you get really good flattening for the stomach and uplifting support without needing a bra (I usually wear a 32F/G so this was a must for me with strapless dress.)
This is a great dress because it doesn't look too 'done' or formal but it ticks the classic box whilst being flattering, young and it made me feel amazing!
It fastens with a zip and hook & eye, there are then beautiful decorative buttons/ elastics that can be fastened over the top.

I consulted a seamstress and she said that the dress could be made shorter or tighter if needed; you'd just need to find a seamstress to do that.

I have had the dress dry cleaned.
As its a sample, the dress has very minor damages: please see photograph collage of these: the lace is slightly pulled in about 10 places, it sticks out by maybe 3mm in these places and there are a few spots (I can find 3) where is the edge of the lace appears a shade of cream darker. Honestly when its on you don't notice any damages at all.
