The Dress
This gorgeous cowl neck Lake dress from Grace Loves Lace has been worn once and then dry cleaned. It is stretchy and the waist and strap lengths can be easily adjusted so I would say it fits the measurements above give or take a couple of inches. It was hemmed to come halfway up my calf, but I am talk at 5'10" so it may be floor length for someone shorter. Length from the front of the top of the neck of the dress to the hem is 49". I did keep the extra fabric hemmed off. Ask for more photos of the actual dress.
