Loved this dress so. I was shocked how many people (in person and from our livestream) gave compliments. Men and women alike.
It was wonderful --even midday when 97 (35 c) degrees -- and when it dropped to 60 (15c) in the evening. The flowy tulle bottom was fun, and not too heavy.
It was altered -- from a larger size down to a size 2/4. I took off the white belt (but can send that to you) and subbed it in for navy blue -- happy to share the 5 blue tulle color options I chose too.
Little (invisible, essentially) bustle tabs have been added to the back -- I ended up not bustling it that night, however -- I had too much fun flowing. Felt wonderful to walk down the hill with that train. It's hemmed for about 5'8" (with shows).
Apologies that photos are so-so. Our friend/photographer was exposed to Covid (but later tested negative) and had to cancel her trip -- so all photos are crowd-sourced. 2020 was nothing what we expected -- but this dress fit well into a wedding that captured the joy we still celebrate in dark times. We love being married. And I'm so grateful it happened in this wonderful dress.
