The Dress

A glamorous, high waist dress which flows into an A-line skirt. It has a sweetheart style neckline, a low cut back and the bodice and overskirt are covered in a gorgeous lace pattern. It’s a beautiful flattering shape in a size 10, (but can go out to a 12 and down to an 8).
It has narrow delicate handmade straps covered in a combination of pearls, diamonte, beads, and sequins. It has a low back which buttons up to a hidden zip. The buttons on the dress match up to the buttons on the jacket so this line runs up the back when the jacket is worn over the dress. The dress has a soft tulle underlayer with a delicate soft feminine lace overlay and it trains out at the back.

Included, is a high neck vintage lace over jacket with a delicate button back and long sleeves. It’s made of delicate feminine lace, that has a floral bouquet running through it to match the dress. The sleeves have a fine fringed scalloped edge as does the neck. The lace jacket has been handmade for me to allow me to have two looks in one. Thus, the dress can be worn on its own or with the jacket or both (for day and evening) so two completely different looks. (See pictures for details)

Alterations the dress was customised and made for me with handmade straps and jacket. It was strapless and I wasn’t keen on this so, I added elegant spaghetti straps, just because and felt more comfortable with this and lowered the back down to have a low back look. They look like they have always been part of the dress. Dress is fully dry cleaned with a dry-cleaned certificate/sash and ready to be used.
