The Dress

I have to say that I am disappointed I never got to wear this dress. My husband and I found out we were pregnant with our daughter while planning our wedding. We ended up doing a more casual, small family ceremony instead. I bought the dress in an 8 with plans of altering the size and length, but that never happened so it is completely untouched!! The second I had this dress on, before even looking in the mirror, I knew it was THE DRESS. The corset back doesn't stick out uncomfortably when leaning back in a chair (which was a must for me). The detail of bead-work and lace on this dress is absolutely stunning! Pictures really can't do it justice and the layered ruffles of train are fun and flowy, but still classy and elegant! I was really hoping to have these gorgeous wedding photos of the train flowing down a flight of stairs surrounded by sunsets and flowers, but had my sweet baby bump instead :) I just want someone to be able to find as much comfort and beauty in this dress as I did, and actually be able to wear it and make the best memories on one of the most special of days!

I'm also including the veil my mom got for me as well. It's a Cathedral (I think that's what it's called) length veil.
