Size 18, can be taken in to make smaller. Never hemmed so will fit all heights.
Multiple layers of soft tulle to create a full ballgown style skirt on a white satin ribbon, letting you turn a fitted dress into a ballgown and be flexible with removing it as desired. Open at the front to still show the detail of the dress underneath.
