Horsehair, layered tulle skirt. Beautiful; custom made; NEVER worn except to try on. Extremely similar to the Watters Almira skirt for less than half the price! My big wedding was turned into a private ceremony due to COVID-19, so I didn't end up wearing this as an overskirt, but I'm hoping another bride will get to enjoy this gorgeous skirt! Waist is 26.5 inches. My hips are 37.5 inches, but the hip area isn't tight-fitting so there's a lot of flexibility there if you are more narrow or wide in the hips. The skirt is perfectly hemmed for someone ~5'6", including shoes (I'm 5'3" barefoot). Within the ivory family I would say this dress is on the more white side, not yellower (antique-looking) ivory.
