The Dress

The Enzoani Maddie is part of the Enzoani 2018 collection but was not made for me until 2019. I wore the dress for my wedding on [removed] which was a dry sunny day which meant the dress was amazingly clean afterwards! I have also had the dress professionally dry cleaned (costing £340) so looks brand new and is in a beautiful storage box!

The dress is a dreamy ball gown featuring romantic overlace. The V-neckline is supported by rhinestone straps for extra sparkle and the back is finished with crystal buttons. The colour is Ivory/Silver/Ivory - which basically means there is fine silver stitching through the lace which sparkles/shines in certain light (you can see this best in the photo on the dancefloor!).

It was my absolute dream dress and I'm so sad to sell it but I'll never wear it again so I hope it can go to another lucky bride who will feel as amazing as I did.

I also have a hooped underskirt which is the right size for the dress and included in the price (which was also dry cleaned!). It's up to you whether you would like it or not.

As for Size, I usually buy a size 6 or 8. For example,
Topshop, River Island etc.: I usually buy a 6 top and 8 bottoms.
OhPolly: I always buy a size 8
HouseofCB: bandage dresses- an XS but for any other material I'll buy an S.

Alterations

The strap length was shortened by 1 cm and the original length was shortened by 1 inch.

A diamanté belt was added to the dress which can be easily removed by snipping the small stitches made (I deliberately asked for it not to be made permanent).

A hook & loop (which is pretty invisible!) was attached to the back in order to clip the train to while dancing.
