The Dress

Brides by Design couture Camden gown in crepe. Beautiful modern minimalist wedding gown and veil!

I wore this beautiful gown to my wedding in Jan 2020. The dress was so comfortable on the day. The crepe is a little thicker and heavier than the silk, meaning the sat perfectly and was super easy to wear and dance in!

The dress has a V-neck front and back, and a front split. I had the dress made with a slightly higher V-neck at the front and lower back. It also flares out a little from the knees with a small train.

I am size A bust with (dress has padded cups sewn in) with bigger bum/hips. I am 167cm tall and wore 9cm heels on the day. Normally a size XS top and S bottom.

Due to lots of dancing on the night the hem of the dress got pretty dirty. It was dry-cleaned straight away however there is some small black staining all around the hem, as shown. The bustle ribbon at the back also broke, however this would be an easy fix by a dress-maker. The rest of the dress is in perfect condition.

I felt amazing in this dress, and wish I could wear it again and again!
