The Dress

Selling my beautiful, romantic Lillian West wedding dress. The dress has a lace bodice and sleeves with floral appliques and a beautiful back, and a chapel length train. My dress is in the ivory / nude colour combination.

The dress was worn once in October 2019 for my wedding and is very good condition. It has been professionally dry cleaned within the last few weeks.

Some very tiny marks remain at the very bottom of the skirt - please see attached pictures. The silk lining under the main skirt is also a little frayed so it could probably do with a re-hem. Also happy to send further photos on request!

The dress has been altered to my height (I am 5'6 and wore it with 3.5 inch heels) so would comfortably fit someone shorter, or taller with shorter heels. It also has some other very minor alterations (see below) but the size has not been altered at all as it fit perfectly. You can find the Lillian West size chart online easily - it fits a US 8 or UK 10 perfectly.

Alterations

Professionally altered as follows:

-D Cups sewn into the dress for extra support to allow it to be worn braless - could be easily removed
-Small lace detail added between the bust to raise the neckline ever so slightly (it was obscenely low before if you have any cleavage at all!) Happy to send more photos of this detail, it matches the floral applique perfectly.
-Bustle added (x 1 button and 2 hooks) - so dress can be bustled in the evening to make the train shorter for dancing!
