0 Petite is the exact size and the Tags are still attached. This is a gorgeous Soft White, Lace-Over Charmeuse Trumpet Gown with Beaded and Floral detailing all over. This beautiful dress has a small Chapel Train with fully lined back zipper. I am Short and Petite and I did not even need any alterations on the dress, except for the length. Because I never used the dress or wore the dress I did not get the length altered. This dress is completely untouched with Tags still attached.
