The Dress

This was the most perfect wedding dress that I could have ever chosen for my special day. I loved the off the shoulder look and the split off the side (to show off my shoes), the Swarovski crystals added a nice touch of bling without going over the top, the dress colour and fabric was elegant and the dress is excellently made- I still have the certificate of authenticity.

This gown has been dry cleaned and is in perfect condition.

I was a little worried when I saw this gown was for a size 10 as I usually fit between a size 10-12 (and didn’t trim down for the wedding). But with the corset ribbon back there was plenty of room to adjust in or out instead of having those last minute dress alteration/fitting worries to get a traditional fitted back 100% perfect for size. This way I was assured not to have ‘muffin top’ of my shoulders/back hanging over the top of the dress.

The Swarovski crystal strap is removable as well- so you don’t need this strap if you don’t want it. But personally I liked the subtle touch of bling that it brought and teemed it up nicely with a Swarovski bracelet and earrings.

Alterations

I have had boobie cups fitted inside (so the dress fits perfectly around the bust), some clear press studs placed around the bottom of the hem (so you can hem back the front if you want- I actually forgot that I had that done and didn’t even need to use them), and also had a nice satin hand strap added (to pick up the back of the dress- not that there is a massive train, but it was very easy to walk in and this strap was super comfy around my wrist).
