The Dress

I'm selling my beloved Hermione de Paula wedding dress. I spent ages looking at cheaper dresses to fit my budget but once I'd seen HdP designs, I couldn't find anything to live up to it and decided to blow my budget.

I absolutely loved wearing it on my wedding day and had so many compliments from people saying it was the best wedding dress they'd seen.

The dress has been dry cleaned using Johnson's Bridal premium service which was recommended by loads of people. This cost £250 but as a result, the dress now looks amazing and I can't find a single mark on it. I also had a few loose bits of embroidery and beading repaired so it now looks good as new. Since cleaning it's been in the special box the dry cleaners packed it in to protect it.

There is no personalisation on the dress which is common on Hermione de Paula dresses so no need to remove any initials or dates.

There are press buttons on the low back and shoulders to attach a body slip (I used the one recommended by the brand). You can see the slip rise up at the back in the photo but that's because my bridesmaid couldn't find the poppers on the day so we just left it. I didn't think the slip would rise up but it did so recommend using these!

I spent approx £5000 in total on this dress including alterations and additional embroidered floral pieces which were hand-finished onto the dress.
