I ordered the dress, and didn't buy off the rack. It fit perfectly so there was no need to alter in any way. Some where in the business of the wedding I lost the straps that came with it. After the wedding I had the dress dry-cleaned and preserved in a box. The only time that the dress was taken out of the box was to take pictures to put on this listing.
