The Dress

I love this dress! Highlights of the dress for me were the neckline, the ribbing at the waist and the long train. (A) THE TOP was open and particularly good for someone with a little bigger of a bust. Other dresses with higher necklines made me look too boxy, but the lower neck line and smaller sleeves made it look more whimsical. (B) THE RIBBING was also great!! (C) THE TRAIN is so much fun and elegant. I really enjoyed the train and did a lot of spinning in it per request of videographer. The pretty sparkly belt is optional if you want some extra bling.

Alterations

The original dress size was 10, but it's tailored for me, 34D. They also took the waist in. My tailor tried to add a few clasp points for support of the train to fasten it up, but it was not enough. The clasps did come apart, and I had to hold my own train during the rest of the dancing. The dress does not come with its own hook and clasp at the back, so if someone buys the dress, they may want to be sure to have the tailor add ties or hooks and clasps.
