The Dress

Helena, by Monique Lhuillier, features a silk and lace strapless ball gown with a sweetheart neckline and circular skirt.
The color of this dress is Silk White Nude. The dress has layers of nude and cream under the blush colored ball gown, allowing the breathtaking silk white floral embroidery to really pop.
Pearl button accents have been added down the back of the dress.

I did not purchase the high neck cape that I wore for my ceremony from Monique Lhuillier, so it does not have the same pattern as the dress but it is very similar and the colors match. If you would like the cape with it, I can definitely include it for free in your purchase.

Alterations

The neckline of the dress has been custom designed from a plunging V-neck to a sweetheart neckline for my conservative wedding ceremony and as to not show too much cleavage. The neckline has also been raised an inch to provide more coverage. My bust size is 32D. The label size of dress is a 4 but it has been taken in at the waist, making it closer to a size 2 and boning has been added. A bustle has also been added to the dress. The dress has been hemmed. I am 5’2” and wearing 3.5 inch heels, making me 5’5.5” however, there is still plenty of material tucked under to take out the hem and add up to 4 more inches to the dress if you are taller.
