Brought in at the waist a bit and hemmed for my 5’5 frame with mega heels

Hips= 19.5 inches across
Bust= 16 across
from the top middle to bottom = 53 inches, but the back is longer with the train.
I would say the dress does have some give to it, and would be easy to alter. There is also the option to bustle, they added the strings so you can bustle it up for the reception.
