Blair top
The top is actually a jumpsuit which can help to hold the top in place. Made of lace. Ivory on Java. The bottom front of the top is "peek-a-boo" so you can see the color of your skin through it. The back is lace and has really nice buttons from top to bottom. It has two cut out panels on the back that are gorgeous.
Scout skirt-fully billowy skirt with multiple layers. It is ivory French tulle. It doesn't have any beads and it is a zip up skirt. I wore the skirt near my belly button but it could be worn elsewhere. If the buyer wants to wear it lower they would have to have the hook eyes removed from the top.

I wore this dress for my wedding. It has been dry cleaned. I loved this dress. It was the perfect combination of romantic and sexy. I also wore the top with a separate lighter skirt (not pictured) for my reception. It was easy to change out the skirt.

Condition: Great! There are some tiny catches in skirt that are not noticeable when you look at overall skirt. You could find them if you went through and looked closely at every individual layer of skirt.

Alterations

The top has not been altered except for the addition of hook eyes around the waist to hook in the skirt when desired. Scout skirt was fit to my waist (~29)(it was originally a size 12 but I should have ordered a size 10) and shortened to my height 5' 7.
Both skirt and top have hooks and hook eyes so that the skirt could be secured to the top to prevent movement and weight of skirt resting only on hips. The hook eyes are sewn into the top at my belly button. I imagine that they could be removed. I really liked having them because it made the skirt feel more secure and lighter. It also really helped to hold the skirt exactly where I wanted it.
The skirt has a bustle. It has one under bustle for the opaque bottom layers of the skirt and multiple hook bustles on the skirt for the lace pieces. They are hard to see unless you are looking for them. You cannot see any part of the bustle when the skirt is worn down. In all of my pictures the skirt is NOT bustled.
