The Dress

Description: Exquisite lace and beading embellishes the bodice and striking back of this Mikado gown featuring a V-neckline, long lace sleeves and luxurious A-line skirt with box pleats and pockets.

The dress has been worn once for my wedding which was on the 17th of November 2019. It has been professionally cleaned by Syndals (Certificate will be provided).

My size: I am 168cm tall (and wore 5cm heals on the day). I am a street size 14, but as we know wedding dresses run small, so a size 18 was ordered (as recommended by the Sposa Group where I purchased the dress) and small alterations made to bring the bust and waist in. I am glad in the end I did not order the size 16 as I think that would have been too small for me.

9ft single tier veil also available for an additional $80 (paid $240).

Alterations

The dress had the following professional alterations made: fabric was placed under the lace bodice at the back (this can be removed), bust and waist bought in a little, small amount taken off the hem, small amount of additional lace was added to the bottom of the V-neck as my bust felt a little exposed (!), bustle to hold up train.
