The Dress

Regretful sale, although I would like someone else to enjoy this STUNNING dress. Everyone has complimented on it more times than I can remember. This has been seen on my photographers page all around the world and there are countless comments of it being the perfect/most beautiful dress, and I 100% agree !! The lace is amazing quality and I am obsessed with its design.

'For Ash gown we have used delicate French Lace alongside a heavier guipure lace to create an elegant, yet youthful aesthetic. The Ash gown has a form fitting structured bustier with a dramatic hip yoke. Fullness kicks out from this low hip point into a lace and mesh layered full skirt and train.'

Bust is D as I am larger in the bust area than what I could find on StillWhite and found it impossible to find a pre-worn dress in my size (could easily fit a DD too), so this may be perfect for the bustier ladies out there!

Ash armbands come with gown (did NOT cut/shorten these, therefore they are readily available for alterations for the next person, only stitch loops were added & can easily be removed).
Comes with dancing loop.

Alterations

I am between a 10-12 and opted for size 12 & completed the following alterations:
- added belt inside around waist. This helps the dress stay up without relying on the dress being tight around back which then causes bulging in strapless dresses. This meant the weight of the dress was held up by waist without having to keep pulling up. This is a huge bonus and was a pricey alteration to add this great feature. There are 3 hooks in this belt for different sizes which can also be easily changed by moving an sewing again no problem. This belt cannot been seen while wearing the dress.
- taken in around back slightly (see my measurements), waist and hips. See their website for measurements of size 12.
- hemmed at bottom for height
- the dress naturally rolls out at the top under arm pits and my alterations lady fixed this
- flexible boning down the sides to keep it straight
- boning down the chest to keep it closer to body being a bigger bust so it doesn't fall forward
