The Dress

I absolutely love my wedding dress, but since it can only be worn once, I've decided to part ways with it. It's beautifully constructed with an additional silk lining underneath the top layer of smooth silk crepe. The torso has a built-in corset and vertical boning to give it that beautiful structure with the origami pleating around the chest. The boning sits above your waist so it never gets in the way when seated. With this dress being strapless, you'll be thankful that it comes with an adjustable corset so that it sits nicely in place throughout the day. I also chose this dress because it's comfortable and easy to move in, which came in handy during our choreographed dance.

This dress was purchased in UK size 12 (wedding dress sizing is on a different scale), but I typically wear US size 4 or 6, size 27 pants, 34A bust, 5'4". The dress has been professionally cleaned immediately after the wedding. There are no visible stains.

Alterations

The dress was professionally tailored and taken in around the torso and length – I'm 5'4" and wore 4" heels. The torso has room to either be taken in or out more.
