The Dress

Absolutely stunning dress by this iconic French bridal designer from Paris. I loved wearing this dress. It was 43 degrees celsius on my wedding day and the material kept me as cool as I possibly could be! The dress really flows as you walk and feels super light and airy. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned to the highest quality with natural products to maintain the integrity of the high quality French silk. There are a few faint marks on the back of the train where the dress touched the floor after being bustled for the evening dancing. These could potentially still be removed with further cleaning. I was offered further cleaning options at the dry cleaners which I decided against at this stage.
The dress collects and flows as you walk so I really feel the marks would be hard to notice. I can send further photos on request.
The dress otherwise is pretty much immaculate!

Alterations

Seam with pearls down the length of the back of the dress to give added slimming illusion of height ;-)

The original style of the dress was very baggy on the top so I had it slightly slimmed to better fit my torso so the material on the back was flush against my back rather than gaping in the original style.
My right shoulder sits slightly lower than my left so would need evening out when re-tailored to fit your torso.
