Beautiful Wendy Makin dress size 16/18.
Dry cleaned (NB small stain on lace at the bottom right hand side of dress, will send photos on request).
Modern meets vintage. Featuring art deco inspired lace appliqued into a v-neck front and back and scalloped over the waist. The skirt tapers to a slight fishtail into a small train.
It took me a while to find a dress that suited my shape and height. I originally had my heart set on flowy A-line silhouette but they all made me look quite short and stocky. I reluctantly tried this dress on because I didn't want to wear anything tight around my hips and legs, but when I tried it wasn't tight at all it just taped in, gave me a bit of height and flowed out around the hips and legs area. The lace gave it a bit of weight as well so it sat nicely and didn't pucker up.
I absolutely loved this dress...I felt truly amazing on the big day!!
Alterations
I had the scoop on the back of the dress made a bit higher.
