The Dress
Anne Barge's Berkeley is a ball gown with a Silk Satin Chiffon bodice, Italian Kalika skirt, and (most importantly!) pockets. The the length of this dress has been altered (I'm 5'2 and wore it with 3'5 inch heels), making it perfect for a petite bride. This dress has been dry cleaned although one stain on the train remains.
This dress was picked by Randy Fenoli and purchased at the iconic Kleinfeld Bridal in New York. Anne Barge's Berkeley dress was filmed for Say Yes to the Dress, and worn by Olivia Pope on the hit TV show Scandal.
