The Dress

I purchased this dress from Maticevski in 2019 for our elopement. It was absolutely perfect! I think it's a lovely classic look but it's definitely something a bit unique and modern with the high/low hem. The fabric is a 'luxe mesh fabrication' which I've tried to show with a close up pic. It almost has a padded feel to it - it doesn't crease, the skirt sits beautifully and I imagine it would be hard to mark.

The label reads 12, but I think these designer dresses tend to run a little small. I'd usually be 8-10 (C cup bust) on top and this fits like a glove. I haven't had any alterations done at all and it looks like new so I haven't risked dry-cleaning it. There were a few slights marks on the back hem but they came out with some gentle dabbing.

To give you an idea of length, I'm 5ft 10" and wore heels. The back sat just off the ground and the front sat a little lower than it looks on the pic of the model from their site.
