The Dress

Wedding dress brought as a 10 - would fit a size 8 as I had it taken in. I had it altered. I am 5’3 but I wore heels and it still covered my feet. It has been cleaned. Small wear on the hem but not noticeable on. My alterer added a loop for the back to be worn up to make it easy for dancing! Retail rice $2900

WEDDING DRESS FEATURES

This delicate dress flows over your body like water. Clean lines and a simple shape make it ideal if you want to look bridal without looking too traditional.

FIT, FEEL, COLOR, AND FABRIC

No thin, flimsy confection, this dress is made of heavier stuff. Beautifully draped lace moulds to your curves, rather than clinging to them, for a comfortable and flattering fit.

The bodice features striking double spaghetti straps, a low V neckline and plunging back. It’s boned for bust support, and has fabric-wrapped buttons to secure the waist. At the bottom, more lace trims a dramatic chapel train.

STYLIST’S NOTES

If you want to show off your back and décolletage, wear your hair up and the gown will do the rest.

If you prefer to wear jewellery, a long, delicate pendant necklace will complement the plunging neckline. Because the dress is sleeveless, you may also want to wear a bracelet or a statement ring for a bit of extra sparkle.

Match the delicacy of the lace with strappy, metallic heels or sandals.

Straps on shoulders brought up for better support. Loop on the back. As well as dress brought in so better fit a size 8
