The Dress

This dress was my absolute dream dress! The ivory crepe fabric fits like a glove and the beading on the dress is so beautifully ornate, it is the perfect combination of simple and elegant. The simple boning in the waist of dress leading into the beaded v-neck front, flowing up into the beaded, thin spaghetti straps, leading down the back to an extremely low-V backing, ending just above the butt is what made me fall in love with this dress! The beading is simple and a few of them have a light sparkle that makes the dress pop in both the sun and the dark.

The back is held together to keep a gorgeous form-fitting waist shape with a mid-back i-hook clasp that adds the perfect intricacy to the back of the dress, while still feeling backless. The deep-v back flows into buttons that lead down the slim and fitted butt and into a long, elegant lace 4-foot+ train. The only alteration I made to the dress was creating a "Kardashian Butt" as the seamstress called it to make the fabric under the butt more fitted as it flows into the legs. It was the PERFECT touch! The train is the most beautiful train I had ever seen! The ornate lace flowed behind the dress like a dream and was the perfect length to match my cathedral veil (114 inches)!

This dress was a dream and although comfort isn't always an important quality on the big day, this dress was very comfortable and the bustle made the dress perfect for dancing for hours!

Alterations

The only alteration I made to the dress was creating a "Kardashian Butt" as the seamstress called it to make the fabric under the butt more fitted as it flows into the legs. It was the PERFECT touch! I also had 3 hidden loops and buttons added for the bustle for the train.
