Alterations
Alterations include:
-hemmed (5'11 with heels);
-added 9-point bustle. The underskirt has French bustle, the overskirt has American bustle, this keeps it from being too big in the back, and as you can see from the backside picture, the silhouette is very sleek.
-pannel added into the bust area to raise the neckline. this panel fits in well with the dress but can be easily removed without any damage to the dress.
-added belt, same color as dress.
