The Dress
I purchased this dress from David’s Bridal for my wedding day last fall. It was absolutely perfect! The amount of skirts kept me warm during our our outdoor reception and picture shoot. It was a tad long even after the gemming but if enough petticoats are added to fluff it up, then the length is perfect for 5’6”.
It is Ivory-colored, beaded laced Oleg Cassini with a gorgeous pleated skirt. There are a total of 6 layers to the skirt and the bodice fits very comfortably. (Included with this dress is a 36A Dominique Torsaletta Bra.) I only wore it once on the wedding day other than the times I tried it on for alterations.
The only alterations done were a small hem in the front to fit 5'6" and cap sleeves added. These sleeves can very easily be removed.
This dress will make you feel like a princess on your special day!
