The Dress

This dress was worn once in October 2019 for a wedding and has since been sent to be dry cleaned and stored in a bridal garment bag.

The unique neckline, flattering waistline, and POCKETS, are definite highlights!

The ruched bodice is a boned corset-style and the neckline fabric elegantly lays on top of the sweetheart corset - which means you will be strapped in tight, and any side boobs spilling out will be covered by the neckline fabric. There is also a white removable belt that came with the dress - I wore it as is, but you could switch it out for a sparkly one or something fun!

The skirt has four layers of lining underneath, two with horsehair, so the skirt is very full. (I was told these can be removed in alterations if you want less lining.)

The train is dramatic and stunning with buttons all the way down to the very edge of the hem. I added a bustle, so the train can be elegantly buttoned up for dancing.

The fabric is satin and it photographs beautifully, almost look like luster of a pearl. It’s also very resilient - it steams and cleans with ease.

This dress has no damage whatsoever. And the best part of it all, it has deep pockets where an iPhone Xs max, Bobby pins, lipstick, etc. can fit easily.

I felt super glam and super comfortable in this dress. I’m still getting compliments from guests!

This dress even looks more expensive than it was and it comes to life when you have it on!

Alterations

Length - I’m 5’2” and wore 2.5-3” heels.

I also had the seamstress close the V neck a little bit with a single stitch that could probably be removed.

Added a bustle.
