The Dress

Blush by Hayley Paige bridal gown - Ivory sugar rose caviar and organza ball gown, deep sweetheart neckline and low open back with strap detail and floral applique, cascading organza skirt with horsehair trim. This is the MOST comfortable wedding dress, that has a classic look, but the unique bodice gives it a modern feel. I danced all night in this dress with ease (and it was so fun to swish around.) The dress has been dry cleaned and came out sparkling clean.

I am 5'7 and wore a 3 inch heel and it was a perfect length. The dress was ordered as a size 10, but I typically wear a size 6 or sometimes an 8. I was 132 lbs when I wore this and it fit perfectly.

Measurements:
Bust - 16" across the front with an open back (I wear a bra size 36 but on the smaller size, and it was perfect for me)
Wast - 28" - this measurement is where the fabric changes (skirt starts) and the dress starts to flow out, so the hips measurement is not very relevant.

Alternations included:
-tailoring bodice to my exact measurements (I'm a small 36 bra and it fit me perfectly)
-put in boob cups
-shortened straps to my height
-took up length
