My measurements are above. From the Anna Campbell Sizing Guide(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/58a4b2d43a04112a74b427fe/t/5963b4504f14bce48ca8c303/1499706452411/Size+Guide+Sierra.pdf) this dress will fit up to 95cm waist(37.4in) and 98cm Hips (38.5in). Bust height is 17cm

The great thing about this dress is that top is very adjustable and customizable in size (explained below) and can fit a variety of waists and busts. Since this is classic fit and flare and fits very close and slimline to the leg area, I would not buy this dress over the recommended hip measurements of less than 38inches

This Dress is VINTAGE white. The lace is white but the silk underneath is a vintage grey giving the dress a vintage look (please see video). Underneath the embellished belt, the waist is elastic (see photos)making this dress very comfortable and able to fit a variety of waist and bust sizes comfortably.

Alterations

-There is a hook and eye that connects the front and back of the gemstone belt. This can easily be moved to fit your exact waist.
-I had the sleeves taken up a tiny bit, less than an inch (I am approx 8 inches from top of shoulder to top of breast or 10 inches from top of shoulder to nipple for reference). This could be let back out if needed
-There is also a snap that connects the "sleeves" to the back of the dress in the "v" that can also easily be moved up or down to perfectly fit your upper body. They could also be moved out on the back of the dress to create a more open back
-The dress was hemmed to fit me (I am 5'2 and wore 4 inch heels). It was still a little bit long, fully covering my shoes, and could be worn on a slightly taller person
