The dress needs another dry clean or two as fake tan marks still there on the top and sleeves. This is the reason why the dress is so cheap, is because of the fake tan marks all over the dress. The fake tan marks are obvious when the dress is off the body. On the body its not so bad, but noticeable. The dress can be altered and changed to avoid the fake tan marks being so obvious. I have taken it to a dress maker and they have ideas on how the dress can be changed to avoid these marks being so obvious.
Veil is included in the price, however the crown is not. If you would like the crown I will negotiate the price.
