I have an hourglass/pear figure (my bra size is 8F and dress size is 10) and have small shoulders. The salesman I bought the gown from said a sleeveless gown would work well for my frame rather than wide straps that would drown me. Because I have big thighs, I never thought I would choose a gown that was so fitted over the hips but it gave me such a lovely silhouette I’m so happy I did it! I found it comfortable to sit in and dance in and the bodice was tailored such that I didn’t need any extra support from a bra. I have mocha skin and this dress is quite a crisp white, which I thought really complemented my skin tone. Would suit someone the same size as me or slightly smaller.
