The Dress

The beautiful Lace Willow gown has a timeless yet unique look - wonderful for it's simplicity and quality of craftsmanship, design and use of silk fabrics. Crafted in a cream silk satin used on the reverse for a more matt effect with a delicate Chantilly lace overlay on the long-line bodice, and sheer flutter sleeves. There are godets inserted into the skirt to give that added fullness at the bottom. This is a 1930s inspired design for a bride who is a true vintage lover; wanting to wear a gown inspired by a bygone era but with the quality of modern craftsmanship.

It has not been worn or altered only tried as a shop sample under careful supervision. It is in good condition - there is some general wear & tear, namely some missing pearls around the neckline & back detail as well as some discolouration on the hem where it has sat on the floor when tried & whilst hung. The length is hugely over cut therefore most ladies will need this shortened thus will get rid of this otherwise, nothing a dry clean wouldn’t resolve. All of which is reflected in the hugely discounted price.

Please do keep in mind there is a little tolerance in the measurements and most dresses are standard dress sizes therefore, usually require tailoring to each individual shape.
