The Dress

This is a beautiful, understated, full length, ball gown styled dress made of a very subtle silver silk satin which is very flattering to the complexion and body. It has a ruched bodice that sits below the waist to lengthen it and a full length skirt and slight train at the back. The back of the dress is fastened with a long line of satin covered buttons. The bodice has boning in and it is very comfortable to wear despite that. The designed apparently makes dresses so that no bra is needed although I did wear one as I felt more comfortable that way.The skirt has some netting underneath but I had some of it removed so it wasn't so full. I also had some of the train removed as it was longer than I wanted. The neckline is subtly decorated with Swarovski crystals. There is some wear on the edge of the hem only, otherwise it is in perfect condition and has been professionally cleaned and packed by Terrington Burcher Ltd which is a professional bridal gown and heirloom specialist company.

I felt a million dollars in it and wish I could do it all over a again!

Alterations

I have had the train reduced, the underskirt reduced and the bodice increased in size to a 16 full cup.
