Nicole Spose 17040. This is a bridal size 10, but I wear a US size 4 or 6 depending on the designer.
Dress has been altered to fit my height which is 5' 5 1/2" plus my 3" shoes and weight which is about 130 lbs. It is absolutely stunning and has never been worn.
