This dress was amazing, and worn in great weather conditions for 20 minutes outdoors and 6 hours indoors. Professionally cleaned. Alterations
Only alterations were adjusting strap length and adding B/C cups to the chest, along with and incredible 12 point French bustle ($600) by a master seamstress and the hem. I am 5’4 and wore 3 inch heels. The seamstress confirmed it could be easily taken in for someone smaller and the hem could be adjusted either way.
