The Dress

This dress was a dream come true.

Not only was it the first dress I put on, but nothing else could beat it. I tried on a lot of beautiful (and expensive) dresses, but I didn't feel the same thing that I did when I tried this one on.

I even went to where "Say Yes To The Dress Canada" is aired, AND Kleinfelds in New York City - all I could think about was flying home and buying this dress!

I felt that same feeling every time I put it back on, whether it was getting my alterations or when I put it on the day of my wedding.

I can't WAIT for someone else to feel that feeling, too!

What's great is that the train can be bustled if you don't want it to be that long for the entire day/night. I should note that the woman that did my alterations put in about 4-5 bustling hooks for the train. Make sure you take about 15-20 minutes to have your bridesmaids/whoever else you to bustle the train properly. My mom and MOH did it in a hurry and the train came loose again while I was dancing up a storm, so we had to do it again. Push on the hooks as much as you can so that the train doesn't come loose at the reception. After we did that the second time and really took the time, it didn't come loose and it was amazing.

Alterations

The dress was taken in mostly at the waist and thigh area (I don't have nice curves in the hip area).
