The Dress

I bought this lovely gown for my wedding before I knew that my grandmother had been saving my mother's wedding dress for me. I want this gown to make someone as happy as it would have made me!

What I love about this dress:
- Boning in the bodice creates a lovely hourglass shape with a nipped-in waist while still being comfortable
- The structured satin is luminous and gave me the flat tummy of my dreams (something I never thought I could achieve with a smooth fabric)
- The low v-back shows a little skin without being overly sexy
- The construction of the dress made me (34DD) feel completely comfortable moving around without a bra
- The satin feels so luxurious!

Accessories:
- I would be happy to include a pretty jeweled organza sash in rose gold from White by Vera Wang (originally $149.50) for the purchaser who wants it. The dress looks great with or without it.
- Also can throw in a beautiful floral embroidered veil from David's Bridal (originally $199.99)

Styling the dress:
- With the sash and glossy sideswept waves, the dress gives you an hourglass shape that screams "Old Hollywood glam"
- With pulled-back hair and simple gold accessories, the bustier-like piping on the bodice gives the dress a little edge that lends itself to a Minimalist vibe

This dress has not been altered in any way or worn other than to be tried on.
