The belt is a beaded floral addition that adds to this already amazing dress. It is not attached so you can wear the dress with or without the belt—up to you!
I never wore this dress other than these photos so it is all yours. No alterations have been done. In the photo I am barefoot at 5’7” and the dress is a true to size 4.
